Army's New Fitness Test: Can You Make the Cut?

The U.S. Army has revolutionized its physical fitness standards with the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), a more comprehensive and challenging evaluation that replaces the decades-old Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT).
